Aquaria KLCC sits under the KL Convention Centre, a short walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. Its highlight is a 90 m underwater tunnel with sharks, rays and sea turtles.
Ticket prices vary a lot depending on where you book, whether you have a MyKad and which day you visit. Here's how to get the best price.

Prices from redBus (updated August 2026), Aquaria KLCC's MyKad ticket page, Thrillark (June 2026) and SAYS (August 2025). redBus says its price includes its 20% discount. Its peak-season MyKad adult price is RM58.
- Children under 3 enter free with a paying adult (Thrillark).
- Children aged 3 to 12 pay the child rate (Thrillark).
- Family ticket: redBus lists RM118.75 to RM137 online.
Peak vs off-peak tickets
redBus says:
- Peak tickets are for weekends, public holidays, school holidays and festive seasons.
- Off-peak tickets are for weekdays outside those periods. They're cheaper.
Thrillark says weekday-only tickets aren't valid on weekends or public holidays, even within their validity period. Book an all-day ticket for weekend visits.
redBus adds that entering on the wrong type of day may lead to a surcharge.
Promos and deals
1. Birthday month promo (ends 31 October 2026)
SAYS reports that September and October babies get free entry until 31 October 2026:
- Buy one adult walk-in ticket. The birthday visitor gets in free.
- Bring your MyKad, MyKid or PR document.
- The paying adult must come with you.
- Walk-in only.
- redBus says it's valid on weekdays only.

2. redBus 20% off

4. Book online, not at the counter
Thrillark says counter tickets cost more than online bookings.
How to book online
Thrillark describes these steps:
- Pick your visit date.
- Choose your ticket type (MyKad or international, weekday or all-day).
- Enter the number of adults and children.
- Fill in your name, email and phone number.
- Pay and get your e-ticket and QR code by email.
At the venue, redBus says to skip the counter and go straight to the turnstile with your ticket and ID.
Bring your MyKad or MyKid. Pelago says Malaysians who can't show proof pay a surcharge of RM20 per adult and RM16 per child.

How to get there
Thrillark says to take the LRT Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC station, then follow the signs through Suria KLCC.
Tips for Malaysian travellers
- Go on a weekday morning. redBus and Thrillark both say it's quietest then.
- Avoid school holidays in March, June, September and December, which Thrillark says are the busiest.
- Screenshot your QR code. Thrillark says the signal can be weak underground.
- No re-entry. Once you leave, your ticket is used up (redBus).
- No outside food or drink and no flash photos (Thrillark). For halal food after your visit, look for the JAKIM halal logo at Suria KLCC.
- Stroller and wheelchair friendly (Thrillark)
- Pair it with the Petronas Twin Towers and an evening at KLCC Park.
